WHO WE ARE:
We’re building more than buildings — we’re building a brand. Warrior Construction is a dominant force in Hawaii’s residential and commercial market, and we’re scaling fast toward federal, franchise, and real estate expansion.

Now we need a Remote Marketing Director who can lead brand growth, dominate lead gen, and build multi-channel authority — all while showcasing our craftsmanship and culture.

YOUR ROLE:
You will own the entire marketing machine — from strategy to content, funnel execution to analytics. This role will scale into a CMO seat for the right leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and manage our marketing roadmap (brand, lead gen, content, local SEO)
• Oversee all platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, GMB, GHL
• Run lead generation campaigns (ads, retargeting, email, automation)
• Develop and execute content strategy: reels, before/afters, case studies, YouTube, blogs
• Coordinate with contractors (video editors, writers, designers)
• Track KPIs weekly and optimize funnel performance

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• 3+ years in a marketing leadership role (agency or in-house)
• Strong grasp of paid media (FB Ads, IG Ads, retargeting)
• Familiar with GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, GMB
• Fluent in English, both creative and strategic writing
• Systems-oriented and KPI-driven

BONUS POINTS:
• Construction, real estate, or trades experience
• SEO knowledge or blog strategy experience
• Experience with ClickUp, Notion, or Zapier
