We are a women’s festival fashion brand inspired by techno, warehouse, and underground culture. We create bold, edgy, and empowering outfits designed to make women feel confident and unstoppable at raves, clubs, and festivals worldwide. Our aesthetic is dark, fierce, and fashion-forward — not cookie-cutter, not glittery, but unapologetically bold.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Email Creative Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on designing our marketing emails, ensuring that every campaign reflects our strong brand identity while driving engagement and sales. You don’t need to be an email expert yet — but you must be a creative designer who understands edgy, fashion-driven branding and is eager to learn the email side.

What You’ll Do
• Design high-impact email campaigns in Photoshop and/or Figma that align with our bold brand aesthetic.
• Adapt designs for both desktop and mobile versions.
• Use Photoshop to edit product photography, create collages, and enhance visuals.
• (Optional) Use Illustrator for vector-based elements like logos, icons, or graphics.
• Create eye-catching CTAs, banners, and graphics for use across email and other channels.
• Export and implement designs into Klaviyo, with training and guidance provided.
• Collaborate on campaign ideas, using inventory data and promotions to inspire designs.
• Assist with maintaining a consistent visual style across emails, ads, and socials.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong graphic design skills with an edgy, fashion-forward portfolio.
• Proficiency in Photoshop (required for product photo editing & creative design work).
• Experience with Illustrator (optional - a plus but not required).
• A keen eye for typography, layout, and color — and the ability to design beyond generic templates.
• Willingness to learn email marketing tools (Klaviyo) and how e-commerce brands run campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail — designs should look premium, bold, and polished.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Bonus: Experience in fashion, streetwear, or festival-related brands.
