Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM HST (Hawaii Time)

ABOUT US:
Warrior Construction is a Hawaii-based general contracting company scaling fast across residential and commercial markets. We run multiple projects simultaneously across all islands and self-perform framing, concrete, drywall, and more. With high-ticket jobs ($150K–$1.5M+) and expansion into federal and design-build contracts, we need a remote scheduler who can keep operations moving like clockwork.

YOUR ROLE:
You’ll be the gatekeeper of time — building, updating, and optimizing our master project schedules so field crews, subs, clients, and leadership are always aligned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build Gantt charts and construction logic schedules using Tom’s Planner, Excel, or MS Project
• Manage and update preconstruction, procurement, and construction timelines
• Coordinate long-lead items and milestone triggers
• Incorporate float, critical path, constraints, and site logistics into schedules
• Adjust for phased access, holidays, and weather delays

TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST:
• Have 2+ years of experience creating construction project schedules
• Understand dependencies, durations, float, and overlapping trades
• Be proficient with Excel (must know formulas, formatting, and filters)
• Be able to read scopes, specs, and sequencing logic from plans
• Be fluent in written and spoken English

BONUS POINTS:
• Experience with Hawaii-based GCs
• Familiar with Tom’s Planner, MS Project, or Primavera
• Can create visual dashboards or Notion/ClickUp timelines
