About Lumira
We’re an e-commerce brand scaling quickly across several verticals, with our current focus on supplements. Creative output is the key lever for our growth in this next stage. We’re looking for a Content Editor to own ad visuals (statics and reels) and ensure we hit the creative testing volume needed, while maintaining the stickiness and quality of our videos and statics.

Role Overview
You’ll be the engine behind our ad production. From static graphics to short-form video edits, your work will directly power the ads we run on Meta, TikTok, and beyond. The right candidate thrives on iteration, can balance speed with quality, and understands that creative volume drives performance. You’ll work closely with our Content Manager and Campaign Manager to bring ad concepts to life.

What You’ll Do
Edit and produce short-form videos from raw footage and UGC
Design static ad creatives and reformat for multiple placements.
Turn raw concepts, scripts, and hooks into polished, conversion-driven assets.
Deliver high-volume variations of creatives for A/B testing
Stay ahead of paid social and design trends to keep our content fresh.

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience editing short-form video and designing digital/social ads.
Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Canva, and Figma.
A portfolio showcasing strong ad design and editing skills.
Ability to move fast, hit deadlines, and iterate quickly.
Eye for storytelling, pacing, and engaging design.
Comfort working in a collaborative environment with tight feedback loops.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DTC/e-commerce brands, especially in wellness and health.
Familiarity with ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA) to inform edits.
Experience creating UGC-style or meme-inspired content.
