JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing print-on-demand clothing brand specializing in streetwear and Japanese-inspired designs, and we’re looking for a graphic designer to join our team. Your main role will be to design static ads (Facebook & Instagram) that stop the scroll, grab attention, and convert clicks into sales.

This is NOT just another design gig — we want someone who is genuinely passionate about Japan. If you love Japanese culture (anime, streetwear, cars, food, traditions, or just the vibes), you’ll naturally understand the aesthetic we’re going for and will create designs that connect with fans just like you.

Responsibilities:
Design static ad creatives tailored for Facebook & Instagram advertising.
Capture the Japanese-inspired streetwear aesthetic and bring it to life in ad designs.
Stay on top of streetwear, fashion, and social media trends to bring fresh ideas.
Deliver designs consistently on schedule.
Collaborate with our marketing team to align designs with campaign goals.

Requirements:
Strong portfolio in streetwear / fashion / ad design (please provide samples).
Passion for Japanese culture — we want someone who “gets the vibe.”
Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
To show us you actually red this job post, please change your application title to Banana.
Eye for typography, color balance, and bold, trendy aesthetics.
Ability to think like a marketer, not just a designer.

What We Offer:
Steady, long-term work with a fast-growing clothing brand.
Flexible schedule (remote).
Competitive pay (negotiable depending on experience).
Bonus for winning ads.

To apply, send us a message with the following (in this exact order):

1) A short summary of your graphic design experience.
2) Whether you’ve worked with clothing or fashion brands before.
3) Your passion for Japanese culture and what you know about it (the more specific, the better).
4) Why you think you’re a good fit for this position.
5) The software you use.
6) A link to your portfolio.
