Job Title: Virtual Assistant - GHL Expert
Location: Remote
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM MST)

We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and play a key role in growing our business, generating leads, managing social media content, and supporting client success.

Role Overview
As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our operations in marketing, lead generation, social media management, and client success. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, has a strong marketing background, and is eager to learn new tools and strategies to help the business grow. You’ll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations, and be a key player in client communications and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Appointment Setting
- Generate leads through various marketing channels, particularly social media and email marketing.
- Schedule at least 10 appointments per week on the manager’s calendar, ensuring that each appointment is meaningful and targeted.
- Use GoHighLevel (GHL) to set up automations, workflows, and generate leads efficiently.

Marketing & Social Media Management
- Post engaging content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for multiple business accounts—at least one post per day per company.
- Craft compelling marketing copy, including subject lines, social media posts, and email templates.
- Assist in Facebook ad management, including audience targeting, setup, and optimization for maximum reach.

Client Success
- Conduct client success interviews prior to onboarding to understand their goals and pain points.
- Handle basic customer service inquiries as the business grows, and eventually train to specialize in client interactions.

Upselling & Retention
- Help clients move from entry-level packages to higher-value offerings through effective upselling strategies and relationship-building.
- Use your marketing skills to nurture existing clients, ensuring they are engaged and satisfied with the service.

System Integration & Learning
- Quickly learn and master various business tools, including GoHighLevel, Lead Pro 365, Appointment Pro, and any proprietary systems.
- Adapt to new platforms and technologies as needed, including AI-driven voice systems and data-as-a-service tools.

Reporting & Analytics
- Track lead quality and quantity, reporting regularly on performance.
- Work with management to adjust marketing strategies based on the data to improve appointment-setting and lead conversion rates.

Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers and provide insights on potential areas of improvement in marketing and client engagement.
- Use communication platforms such as WhatsApp, Zoom, and email for day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient team collaboration.

Requirements
- Experience in Marketing: Strong background in digital marketing, including knowledge of Facebook ads, social media management, and lead generation.
- Platform Proficiency: Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL), Appointment Pro, or similar tools is highly preferred. Ability to quickly learn new systems is a must.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, email marketing tools, and other business management platforms. Ability to troubleshoot issues and adapt to new software.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You should be able to craft clear, professional, and engaging messages to clients. Strong written communication skills are essential.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain accuracy when managing appointments, leads, and client interactions.
- Strong Organizational Skills: You will be handling multiple tasks simultaneously, so the ability to prioritize and stay organized is critical.
- Proactive Attitude: Must be eager to learn, adapt, and take initiative to solve problems and improve processes.
- Customer-Focused: Ability to create rapport with clients, understand their needs, and ensure they are satisfied with the service.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Facebook advertising, particularly audience targeting and pixel setup.
- Previous experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
