Virtual Assistant – Instagram DM Manager

We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to manage Instagram outreach and communication for our brand. This role requires daily accountability, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow directions exactly.

Responsibilities:

Log into assigned Instagram accounts daily

Send 25+ direct messages per account using our script

Track message performance in Google Sheets

Provide a daily report on seen / replies / leads via WhatsApp

Be reachable and responsive throughout the day

Requirements:

Female applicants only (you will be representing our brand)

Must own an iPhone 12 or newer

Fast, stable internet connection

Fluent in English (speaking & writing)

Confident using Instagram (search, DM, post if needed)

Must check in daily on WhatsApp (non-negotiable)

Must be organized, sharp, and detail-oriented

Bonus: Experience with CRM/HubSpot

Compensation:

Trial Period (2 Weeks): $25 TOTAL for the full 2 weeks (one account, 25 messages/day)

After Trial (Biweekly Pay):

0–4 accounts = $50/week

5–7 accounts = $60/week

8–10 accounts = $65–70/week

Opportunity for more depending on projects and accounts.
