JOB OVERVIEW

RevOps + Lead Nurture Specialist (HubSpot + Outbound) — Remote (ET/CT hours)

We need a doer who books meetings and builds the system so no lead slips. You’ll run outreach, build HubSpot automations, and drive deals from “interested” to “booked” fast.

Mission (outcomes, not tasks)
Hit speed SLAs: first touch in ?5 minutes; book within 72 hours (same day/next day/day after).
Volume: 100 primary actions per day (emails, texts, calls, DMs) during campaigns. Track it.

Key Responsibilities
Lead nurture + follow-up
Own inboxes/DMs/tasks so every lead gets fast, personalized touches across channels.
Run the reminder cadence: automated 24h/12h/3h + manual night-before/morning-of/60-min.

CRM + automations (HubSpot)
Build workflows, lead scoring, routing (best leads ? best closers), task queues, and pipelines.
Keep data clean; report weekly on show rates, booked, and close rates.

Outbound campaigns
Launch/manage Instantly sequences; A/B hooks; protect deliverability.
Segment lists; personalize where it counts; automate where it doesn’t.

Process improvement
Find bottlenecks; ship fixes. Document playbooks others can repeat.
KPIs (measured weekly)
Speed to first touch ?5 min; book within 72h ?70% of engaged leads.
Show rate ?70% with the reminder cadence.
Engaged reply rate: cold ?3% (higher for warm).
Booked ? Signed conversion by rep; pipeline hygiene (no stale leads).

Tool Stack
HubSpot (Workflows, Lists, Deals, Reporting), Instantly.ai (outbound), SMS (your pick), Google Suite, Zoom.
30 days: SLA dashboard live; core nurture cadences (email/SMS/calls) running; 100 actions/day habit established.

Must-Haves
HubSpot automations and outbound cold email experience (Instantly or similar).
Organized, fast, reliable; great written English.
Full-time, remote; responsive in ET/CT hours.

Nice-to-Haves
Multifamily/real estate/affordable housing experience.
Reporting/ops chops (turn data into actions).

Compensation

Deliverables:
HubSpot workflow that routes hot leads, creates tasks, and triggers 24h/12h/3h reminders.
Instantly 3-step cold email sequence with two subject variants.
Loom walkthrough of the flow (reply ? booked in <5 clicks).
