THE ROLE
We're seeking an experienced AI Developer to build, optimize, and maintain our automation systems that power client campaigns and internal operations. You'll be working with cutting-edge AI tools to create solutions that directly impact our clients' bottom line.

TECH STACK YOU'LL WORK WITH:
* N8N - Workflow automation and integrations
* GoHighLevel (GHL) - Primary CRM and automation platform
* WordPress - Client websites and landing pages
* Retell AI - Voice AI and calling automation
* ClickUp - Project Management
* Various AI APIs - ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI services

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Build and maintain AI-powered automation workflows using N8N
* Integrate AI solutions with GHL for lead nurturing, appointment booking, and client communication
* Develop and optimize Retell AI voice agents for appointment scheduling and lead qualification
* Create custom WordPress integrations and automations
* Build AI agents for client acquisition, lead qualification, and customer service
* Optimize existing workflows for better performance and reliability
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across our automation stack
* Document processes and create SOPs for the team
* Stay current with AI developments and implement new solutions

REQUIRED SKILLS:

* Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) - API integration, workflows, and platform capabilities
* Strong experience with N8N workflow automation and custom node development
* Experience with Retell AI or similar voice AI platforms for automated calling
* Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
* Understanding of webhooks, REST APIs, and data integration
* Experience with lead generation and CRM automation
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
* Excellent English communication skills
* Reliable internet connection and professional work setup

PREFERRED SKILLS (OPTIONAL):

* Understanding / Experience with AI Prompting
* Understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimization
