2D Anime Artist

Looking for a 2D anime artist to create a character in my image. I want several different versions of this character in a variety of moods (Neutral/Happy/Angry/Confused/Shocked/Etc). and expressions (Pointing/Clapping/Face Palm/etc).

We will communicate to form a more concise list of these moods/expressions.

I have a reference art style I am looking for.
