Sales Representative – High Commission, High Earning Potential

About Us

We’re a U.S.-based recruiting firm that helps manufacturing companies hire the skilled people they desperately need — machinists, CNC operators, engineers, and more. Now we’re building a remote sales team in the Philippines to expand our reach.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prospecting: Identify manufacturing companies who are hiring.

Cold Outreach: Make 70–100 calls daily, send emails, and follow up persistently.

Pitching: Sell our recruiting services and set meetings with decision-makers.

Closing: Lock in clients and earn commissions fast.

Growing Accounts: Every additional deal with the client means more commission.

Compensation

Base Pay: $300/month (~$1.73/hour, 40 hrs/week).

Commissions (uncapped):

$300 for each new client closed.

$400 for every recruiting deal with that client.

Earning Potential: Consistent reps should reach $2,000+/month after 90 days.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales, lead generation, or call center outbound work.

Comfortable with high call volume and rejection — persistence is key.

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Self-driven, money-motivated, and coachable.

Able to work U.S. business hours.
