Residential Lead Conversion Specialist

Full-time (or Part-time if you want to test first)

Convert inbound residential inquiries to qualified sales. Handle lead follow-up sequences, CRM data entry, and initial qualification calls—target markets across the US.

Requirements: 2+ yrs phone sales experience, CRM proficiency, self-directed work style. Pool/spa industry knowledge preferred but not required. Must be comfortable with rejection and persistent follow-up.

Key responsibilities: Diligent calling, accurate tracking, and full sales cycle management.

$3.75/hr + per-unit commission (Commission TBD based on sale value; hourly rate increases with performance.)
