About Us
We are a modern, virtual Canadian accounting and advisory firm serving incorporated consultants, professionals, and service-based entrepreneurs. We're building a national brand and are looking for a self-directed, performance-driven marketing leader to take full ownership of our client acquisition engine.
Compensation: $1,800 +/month base + performance bonus
What You'll Do
You’ll lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategy and operations, including:
Designing and launching lead generation funnels for our niche market
Managing our website presence, landing pages, and conversion optimization
Building and deploying
Creating and maintaining a social content calendar (LinkedIn, Instagram)
Integrating tools and systems (e.g. Zapier, Calendly, CRM, etc.)
Tracking performance and reporting KPIs weekly
Leading execution with or without the help of freelancers (copy/design/etc.)
Results-Based Bonus
We believe results should be rewarded. You’ll receive a monthly performance bonus based on qualified leads that convert into paying clients.
Bonus structure (details to be finalized at offer stage) may look like:
$100 CAD per converted lead (converted lead to be defined)
OR tiered monthly bonus based on client volume (e.g., $250 for 5+ new clients/month)
Ideal Candidate
You are:
A strategic doer: You plan, execute, and optimize without waiting for instructions
Experienced in B2B lead generation, especially for Western service businesses
Tech-savvy with tools like:
Webflow/WordPress, Zapier, Meta/Google/LinkedIn Ads, Canva, Mailchimp/ActiveCampaign, Notion, ChatGPT
You’ve worked with:
Accounting, legal, consulting, coaching, or similar high-trust businesses
Western clients (Canada/US), and you understand the tone and buying behaviour
You’re fluent in English and can own the function while keeping the founder looped in weekly.
