Permit Operations Lead

Company: We help home services companies sell and install HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems

Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze information on install-related permits
• Fill out digital applications / permits using installation information
• Submit online inspection applications and update inspection statuses in CRM
• We require at least 4 hours of daily overlap Monday through Friday with a standard 9AM-5PM workday in the ET timezone (e.g. New York timezone)

Required skills:
- Previous experience with permits (filing, reviewing, etc.)
- Proven data entry experience: ability to enter large amounts of data in an accurate and efficient manner

Preferred skills:
- Previous experience with a US or Canadian HVAC, plumbing or electrical contractor AND experience using ServiceTitan or HouseCall Pro. - Proficiency in using tools such as Google Suite (e.g. Google Sheets, Google Docs) and Slack
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
