Full-Time YouTube Video Editor for Long-Form Documentary Channel (Relaxing / For Sleep)

We are building a network of YouTube channels that produce long-form documentaries for sleep and relaxation.
Each channel focuses on topics such as history, mythology, cosmos, prehistory, and ancient mysteries.

We are looking for a full-time video editor to manage one channel exclusively.
Your role is to create 3-hour long videos daily, using provided voice-over narration, images, and a consistent relaxing style.

Your responsibilities:

Edit 1 video per day (3h length) for your assigned channel.

Sync the provided voice-over with visuals.

Add ambient music and subtle sound design (fireplace, wind, space ambience, etc.) to maintain a calm atmosphere.

Use images (provided or AI-generated) with smooth transitions and slow zooms.

Apply consistent overlays (particles, smoke, stars, textures) to keep the immersive mood.

Export and deliver in YouTube-ready format daily.

Requirements:

Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve).

Experience editing documentary or relaxing/ambient content.

Good understanding of audio mixing (voice clear, music supportive, ambient subtle).

Reliable PC setup capable of exporting 3-hour videos daily:

CPU: i7 / Ryzen 7 or better.

GPU: GTX 1660 / RTX 2060 or better.

RAM: 16GB minimum (32GB preferred).

SSD storage.

Long-term commitment (full-time).

Workload:

1 channel assigned to you.

1 video per day (3h each).

25–30 videos per month.

Compensation:

Full-time monthly salary: $500 – $800 USD (depending on skill & speed).

Paid monthly. Long-term stable work.
