Position Overview
MontBlack Inc. is seeking a high-level, persuasive, and results-driven Sales Development & Closing Representative to represent our company directly to U.S.-based heritage and family-owned brands.
This role goes beyond appointment setting: you will be responsible for securing meetings and successfully closing agreements with brand owners and executives. Your ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and professionalism in English is essential.
Success will be measured by results — meetings secured and agreements signed.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-quality outreach calls to brand owners and executives.
Secure meetings with decision-makers and clearly present MontBlack’s value proposition.
Lead conversations to the closing of agreements with new brand partners.
Handle objections confidently and professionally.
Maintain accurate call notes and pipeline updates in our CRM.
Collaborate with MontBlack leadership to improve scripts, strategies, and conversion rates.
Qualifications (Strict Requirements)
Exceptional English skills — near-native fluency, professional tone, clear pronunciation.
Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of both booking meetings and closing deals.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Independent, disciplined, and motivated by performance-based results.
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel preferred).
Stable internet connection, computer, and professional headset.
