Outbound Sales & Marketing VA – Long-Term Role with Fast-Growing US Company

We’re ramping up and looking for a talented Virtual Assistant who can handle both sales and marketing. If you’re sharp, motivated, and eager to grow with us, this could be the long-term role you’ve been waiting for.

We’re Get It Done Marketing, a fast-paced US-based company providing business funding, virtual assistance, and marketing services. We manage multiple businesses, including service-based companies in HVAC, construction, and more.

We already have a wonderful employee, Jhon, who is doing great work — and now we’re looking for another strong tea ---------- mber to keep up with our expansion.

???? Role & Responsibilities

You’ll need to wear a few hats and be comfortable moving between admin work, content creation, and outbound sales:

Sales & Calls

Outbound calls for two businesses:

Residential B2C (home service industry)

B2B (business operations/funding)

Follow-up with prospects, set appointments, and nurture leads.

Admin & Marketing

Content creation (basic Canva, social posts, etc.)

Organic marketing support (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google)


Email outreach and light CRM management.

Growth

Start with admin/content ? quickly step into sales.

Support company brand expansion across multiple industries.

? Requirements

Strong English (spoken & written)

Comfortable making outbound calls (B2B & B2C)

Experience with content creation and organic marketing

Able to learn quickly and keep pace in a fast-moving environment

Long-term commitment — we’re looking for someone to grow with us

Must be comfortable clocking into Clockify and TimeProof daily

? Schedule & Compensation

Training Period (First Month):

Hours: 8 AM – 1 PM EST (8 PM – 1 AM PH time), Monday – Friday

Pay: $300/month + commission

After Training (Full Time):

Hours: 8 AM – 4 PM EST (8 PM – 4 AM PH time), Monday – Friday

Pay: Full-time hourly rate + commission (discussed after training)
