We are looking for a Dispute Manager to join our team. The role involves handling PayPal and Shopify disputes with accuracy and professionalism. Your main responsibility will be to make sure all disputes are managed on time and according to our SOPs.
The job includes:
• Monitoring and responding to PayPal disputes
• Handling Shopify disputes in line with platform requirements
• Following SOPs for gathering evidence and submitting responses
• Keeping dispute records organized and up to date
• Reporting recurring issues to the Customer Service Manager
• Delivering well-structured, timely responses to reduce chargebacks and losses
