Virtual Assistant – Lead Engagement & Trial Conversion
Remote | Part-Time to Full-Time

Experience in UK real estate sales, property management, or technical know-how of the industry is required

Propell is a fast-growing property management software built for landlords, by landlords. We’re on a mission to simplify property ownership by cutting out the admin and replacing spreadsheets with automation.

We’re looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant who can manage inbound leads, handle outbound calling, and help convert prospects into trial users. You’ll also be responsible for appointment setting, CRM upkeep, and ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.

What You’ll Be Doing

-Responding quickly to inbound leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone
-Following up with trial sign-ups to ensure they complete onboarding
-Making outbound calls to prospects to qualify interest and set appointments
-Using soft-selling techniques to build trust and guide prospects into trials
-Updating and maintaining our CRM (HubSpot) with lead activity and progress
-Supporting trial users with questions and encouraging them to explore features
-Working closely with the founder and team to hit conversion targets

What We’re Looking For

-Excellent English skills – clear, confident, and professional on the phone and in writing
-Previous experience with soft-selling – ability to influence without hard pressure
-Great communication skills – both written and verbal, able to connect with prospects quickly
-HubSpot CRM experience – comfortable logging activities, creating tasks, and managing pipelines
-Highly organised – able to manage follow-ups, reminders, and pipeline tasks without dropping details
-Results-driven – motivated to move leads through the funnel and hit agreed KPIs

Prior experience in a VA, SDR, appointment setting, or lead engagement role is a strong advantage
