E-commerce VA (Product Research, Ads & Reporting)

We are an e-commerce company selling products in French-speaking African markets. We are looking for a full-time Filipino Virtual Assistant with beginner-to-intermediate experience in e-commerce and Facebook Ads.

You will work independently and manage your own schedule in Philippine time zone, since your tasks are not tied to our local operations.

*Responsibilities:

- Research winning products and record findings in spreadsheets
- Communicate with sourcing agents for product requests
- Run and manage basic Facebook ads following provided ---------- and templates
- Generate ad copies (in French) using ChatGPT or translation tools
- Track and update inventory using existing spreadsheets
- Report on ad performance using our templates
- Perform related admin and reporting tasks
