JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
*Create 5-8, 2-3 minute video ads per week
*Create 5-10 image ads per week, each with 5 variations. Total 25-50 assets.
*Source Broll and Stock videos/images (Subscriptions Provided)
*Organize and manage broll content received from content creators.
*Select broll content from the library with a keen attention to detail.
*Implement broll content as per Creative Director's instructions and proactively contribute your own suggestions to enhance ads.
*Actively seek to improve ads based on Creative Director feedback and provide
constructive input during meetings.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
*2+ years of experience working with an ecommerce brand, specifically in editing UGC style ads.
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage content and tasks effectively.
*Responsible for taking notes and setting reminders for assigned tasks.
*Problem-solving mentality - always seeking solutions before reporting issues.
*Reliable and effective communication within the team.

TECH REQUIREMENTS:
*Computer - at least i7 or equivalent with 16gb RAM
*Internet Speed - At least 100 MBPS Download speed
*Back up device / or solution is required.
*Job Type: Full Time
*Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 8PM - 5AM EST // Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM PHT
(subject to change based on coverage needs).
*Salary Range: PHP 50,000 - PHP 65,000 monthly, Depending on experience
Bonus Package
*Paid Time off after a year of service, depending on performance
