WordPress Developer (High-Performance + Booking + SEO/Schema)

We are building ---------- , a curated travel platform for Curaçao. This is not a basic WordPress/Elementor job. We are looking for a high-level WordPress Developer with strong technical skills in custom development, performance optimization (Core Web Vitals 90+ mobile), booking systems (WooCommerce + Amelia/Bookly), and advanced SEO (schema.org/JSON-LD).
What we need:
• WordPress developer (no Elementor/Divi ? only Gutenberg/custom theme).
• Custom Post Types for businesses, deals, activities, accommodations, regions.
• Booking integrations:
? Phase 1: Affiliate CTA + lead forms.
? Phase 2: WooCommerce + Amelia/Bookly (direct bookings).
? Phase 3: WooCommerce Bookings (accommodations, iCal sync, Stripe Connect).
• Core Web Vitals: 90+ mobile PageSpeed.
• Server cron jobs (not WP-Cron), Redis/Memcached caching, WebP, lazyload, CDN.
• Advanced SEO: schema.org/JSON-LD, LocalBusiness, Place, Offer, LodgingBusiness.
• Affiliate/lead logging with export per partner.
Requirements:
• Show examples of WordPress builds without Elementor/Divi.
• Proof of mobile PageSpeed scores (90+).
• Experience with booking systems.
• Experience with schema.org/JSON-LD SEO.
