Fun, Friendly Appointment Setter with a unique voice :D
Hi! Are you a master at conversations, organization, and follow-up?
I have a growing agency that is in need of an experienced Appointment Setter who is fun to talk, and hopefully has a unique voice.
Help us stay on top of our incoming calls, leads, and client follow-ups. This role is all about connection—you’ll be returning calls & Messages - and reaching out to leads who mostly already know who we are, and making sure those conversations turn into scheduled calls for our team.
You’ll also be responsible for answering basic inquiries and keeping communication smooth, clear, and professional.
Lots of work is available and long-term positions need to be filled! (Up to 40 hours or more if you want it!)
I need someone who can jump in soon, with the opportunity to grow into a more senior role over time.
Must be online US business hours (9am-6pm) - you can choose EST or PST once training is complete.
Tools You’ll Need to Be Comfortable With:
1. Conversational American English
2. CRM systems (GoHighLevel, or experience with similar)
3. Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
4. Call, text, and
5. Slack (or other tea
Skills You’ll Need:
1. American/Canadian Accent (Any Region)
2. Attention to Detail (tracking follow-ups, updating CRM notes, confirming details)
2. Excellent Communication Skills (clear, warm, professional phone/email tone)
3. Organization & Time Management (managing multiple leads and follow-up sequences)
4. Problem-Solving (handling objections, answering basic questions confidently)
5. Proactive Attitude (taking initiative on outreach without being asked)

1. Appointment setting, lead follow-up, or customer service
2. Handling inbound/outbound calls with professionalism
3. Writing short, friendly follow-up
4. Scheduling and coordinating across multiple calendars
5. Building rapport quickly with prospects
6. Working in a fast-paced environment
