JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an SDR or Inbox Manager. This is very similar to email support, except it has some sales components. You will be responding to incoming emails & LinkedIn messages. These emails & messages will be from leads we have contacted for B2B services. You will be qualifying/disqualifying the leads, communicating with them, and then scheduling sales appointments with the qualified leads.

Your Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee one central email inbox with multiple client inboxes
* Oversee one central LinkedIn inbox with multiple client inboxes
* Respond & communicate with leads
* Follow up with leads
* Keep track of leads with a simple CRM
* Schedule Meetings for our Clients(through Calendly)
* Keep up-to-date reports on the incoming emails

The Ideal Candidate:

> Suberb English writing skills

> Can learn from both SOPs and 1-on-1s
> Comfortable with frequent communication with the team
> Must be trainable, and take directions well
> Some experience in Virtual customer service, chat/email support, etc
> Some experience in sales, business development, lead generation, etc

We will communicate through WhatsApp and Google Meets. You must have Access to a microphone and camera for the duration of your shift.

Our Company:

Our Company is called Leads4You( ---------- /). Our business could be referred to as Email Marketers, Cold Email, or Lead Generation.

Our focus is simply to generate high-quality leads for B2B Businesses so they can scale their agency and close more deals.

We do this by sending emails and LinkedIn messages on our client's behalf and then handling the responses from those emails. We have several clients, each with their own email inboxes. Every inbox will receive replies from leads we have contacted, and your main role will be to communicate with the leads that have replied.

We are a small company with me(the founder), an inbox manager, and a lead generation specialist. All of our clients are located in the US.

Basically:
> We send out emails to leads
> Some of the leads respond to us
> You communicate with those leads and try to book them into sales meetings with our clients

Hours:
9 am - 5 pm Central Time(CST)
Tuesday - Sunday. 7 hours every day. 42 hours every week.

Just to clarify: our email campaigns run on weekends as well, so we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable working during those times. You’ll have Mondays off, so your schedule will be Tuesday through Sunday.

Time Zone:
We run on Central Time(CST), which is 13 hours behind Manila Time.

For example, if it is 1 PM Thursday in Mountain time, it is 2 am Friday in Manila time.

This is important because you must be available from 9 am to 5 pm Central time, Mon-Fri, and 11 am - 5 pm on either Saturday or Sunday.

If you're not available during those hours, do not apply for this job! No exceptions.

Pay:
TBD, this will depend on your Level of skill and other People that apply to the job. Minimum 4 USD/hour. If you have experience in email support, customer service, or SDR/BDR, this rate could be higher.

Pay will be calculated by Hubstaff's time-tracking software. This system also takes screenshots of the employee's desktop every 10 minutes. This is to prevent employees from working for multiple businesses at once.

To Apply for This Job:
(Follow these instructions clearly. They are set up to weed out candidates who do not follow instructions. If you do not follow them your message will be ignored.)

1. Change the subject line to "Blue Bicycle)

If you follow these instructions I will get back to you soon!

Thank you,
Kristian
