We are looking for motivated Filipinos who want to build a career in sales, appointment setting, and client outreach for international companies in the UK and US.

This opportunity includes a structured training and assessment period where you will learn everything needed to qualify for real sales roles we regularly open for high-performing applicants.

About the Opportunity:

Successful candidates will go through an 8-week remote training programme, where you will learn:
• Cold calling & appointment setting
• US/UK-style communication
• Scripts, frameworks, objection handling
• Real-world sales tasks
• Professional confidence-building
• Sales technology and CRM basics

During the programme, you will complete tasks, call practice, and skill assessments.

After Training:

Applicants who demonstrate strong communication skills, commitment, and performance during the training will be:
• Shortlisted first for future SDR / appointment setter openings
• Prioritised when UK/US clients request trained representatives
• Included in our internal list of qualified candidates
• Recommended to partner companies seeking remote callers

(Important: This is a training-to-hire pathway. Training is required before being considered for any role. Job placement is not guaranteed, but top performers are given priority for available openings.)

Requirements:
• Strong English communication
• Confident speaking on the phone
• Laptop + stable internet
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Able to commit 3–5 hours per week

Compensation:

This training prepares you for roles earning:
• $600–$1,500/month (SDR / appointment setter roles)

Training Fee:

To join the training and hiring pathway, there is a $50/month programme fee which covers:
