Dear EA's,
I'm looking for a World Class Executive Assistant to join Trueframe, a personal branding agency that creates premium video content for founders and CEOs.
**About the role:**
You'd be supporting me (CEO) in scaling from current revenue to $100k/month. This means managing client communications, coordinating with our 8-person team (3 core, 5 contractors), handling operational tasks, and keeping me focused on high-impact activities. Organisation & management skills are key. This is a full-time, long term role.
**Why work with us:**
- We pay 20% above market rate for the right person
- You'll learn the inner workings of scaling a profitable agency
- Direct access to me for growth and learning
- Work with high-caliber clients (founders, CEOs, thought leaders)
- I value loyalty, efficiency, work ethic. Help me win? I'll help you win.
**What sucks about this job:**
- It's hard.
- Fast-paced, things change quickly
- Extremely proactive communications
- High standards - we serve premium clients
- Some weekend work depending on clients
- I'll need a ton of Ad-hoc things done quickly
- There's no time to slack
- Over the next 3 to 9 months, I'll expect you to become my third hand.
- You'll need to ask the right questions & understand how I think.
- No excuses. Only apply if you like accountability & responsibility.
**To apply, you MUST:**
1. Reply with subject line: "EA Application - I actually read instructions"
2. Include:
- PDF resume named: [lastname.firstname.EA.resume]
- Link to your portfolio or work samples
- Bonus points: Link to a 2 minute video intro
- Answer: If you were an animal, what animal would you be and why?
- Answer: "Describe a time you had to manage competing priorities for an executive"
- Take this personality test:
3. Tell me one thing that would frustrate you about working with a CEO who moves fast and needs a variety of tasks done quick
If you skip any of these steps, I'll know you don't follow instructions.
Ready to help build something significant?
Best,
Ben
