JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to take charge of our complete sales and customer service processes. While some familiarity with the solar industry is a plus, it's definitely not a requirement.

In this key role, you'll be the main point of contact for our customers, making sure they have a smooth and positive experience from their very first inquiry all the way through to project completion and beyond. You'll handle all customer communications, whether it's by phone, email, or chat, always responding quickly and professionally. You'll also guide customers through the sales journey, scheduling appointments, putting together and sending out quotes, and managing invoicing. Keeping track of marketing leads and conversion rates, along with providing regular reports, will be a big part of your day. We also need you to follow up on quotes and invoices, reach out to our recurring customers, and generally help us build lasting relationships. Plus, you'll manage our online reputation by responding to Google reviews and other feedback. Ultimately, you'll provide all the administrative support needed to keep our sales and customer service operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. While solar knowledge is a bonus, we're really looking for someone who puts the customer first and is eager to learn and grow with our team.
