I’m looking for a SEO & Lead Gen VA who enjoys research, improving visibility, and building systems that bring in qualified leads.
You’ll help optimize websites for search, build lead lists, and support campaigns that drive growth. This is not just data entry — I want someone who thinks strategically and can execute consistently.
? Responsibilities:
Research keywords and optimize content for search rankings
Assist with on-page SEO (titles, meta, formatting, internal linking)
Build and manage lead lists using LinkedIn, CRMs, and scraping tools
Support outreach campaigns
Track performance (traffic, leads, conversions) and keep reports updated
Keep CRM clean and pipelines organized
???? Requirements:
1–3 years of SEO and/or lead generation experience
Familiar with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console)
Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar lead gen tools
Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Strong English communication + research skills
Bonus: knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, HubSpot workflows)
