Construction Estimator and project manager admin

Construction Estimator & Project Manager Admin – Full-Time

Base salary: $1,000 per month.
Bonus: 1% of company profit from any project won with your bid package.
Additional annual performance bonuses available.

Vando Construction is looking for a Construction Estimator with prior experience estimating for American companies and familiar with bidding process in America.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and submit at least 3 bids per week (insulation/drywall installation, interior paint, exterior paint, framing).
2. Support onsite Project Managers by creating and updating project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
3. Send out weekly project report to clients from daily reports that project managers have been created already throuhout the week.
4. Report weekly to upper management on project status.
5. Attend weekly tea ---------- etings, take notes, and share action items with the team.
6. Create and send invoices to clients, and issue receipts when payments are received.
7. Assist management with writing and sending contracts for client signatures (DocuSign and Buildertrend provided).
