Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Virtual Assistant who specializes in cold calling Expired Listings, FSBOs (For Sale by Owners), and Circle Prospecting. This is a position for a motivated, results-driven professional who knows how to fill up our pipeline by converting conversations into quality appointments.

? Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily outbound cold calls to Expireds, FSBOs, and Circle Prospecting lists.

Masterfully follow cold calling scripts to build rapport, nurture leads, and set qualified appointments.

Manage and track leads using Mojo Dialer, Enzo Dialer, Follow-Up Boss, and Coles Information.

Import, export, and organize leads within Follow Up Boss/CRM.

Implement, automate, and monitor drip campaigns to nurture long-term leads.

Consistently meet and exceed appointment-setting conversion goals.

Report performance metrics and continuously improve call strategies.

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of proven real estate sales or cold calling experience (required).

Strong command of English (verbal and written).

Demonstrated a high conversion rate in setting real estate appointments.

Expert in using Mojo Dialer and Coles Directory.

Proficient with Follow Up Boss for lead management.

Experienced in running drip campaigns and maintaining lead databases.

Skilled in real estate cold calling scripts and objection handling.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
