Virtual Assistant for Healthcare Brand Launch (Logo, Website, Social Media)

Recovery & Care Center INC. is a luxury telehealth and concierge service that provides post-operative recovery support for cosmetic surgery patients. Our mission is to create a safe, compassionate, and premium healing experience for clients worldwide.

We are preparing to launch and are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help bring our vision to life.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with the founder to support all aspects of the brand launch, including:
• Brand & Design Support
• Assist with logo refinements, color palette, and brand identity.
• Coordinate with designers or create simple branded materials.
• Website Development
• Build a professional, luxury-style website (Squarespace/Wix/WordPress).
• Integrate booking, payments, and HIPAA-compliant telehealth links.
• Optimize for mobile and SEO basics.
• Social Media & Content Creation
• Create branded content (posts, reels, stories) for Instagram and TikTok.
• Develop a content calendar for the first 60–90 days.
• Manage captions, hashtags, and engagement.
• Marketing Support
• Help set up email marketing campaigns and lead magnets (free recovery guide).
• Assist with ad campaigns (optional, if experienced).

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Digital Marketing Assistant.
• Strong skills in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
• Experience with Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress website design.
• Social media savvy — understands Instagram/TikTok growth strategies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare/telehealth branding is a plus (but not required).
