Who We Are
US-based marketing + software team building high-performing funnels, landing pages, and paid traffic systems across TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Google, and native (RevContent/Taboola/Outbrain).
The Role
Own the full funnel: research ? offer/funnel mapping ? landing/bridge page build ? creative production (UGC/image/video) ? traffic launch ? A/B testing ? optimization ? reporting.
What You’ll Do
*Funnel architecture:** map journeys, write hooks/angles, design split tests, structure bridge and landing pages and lead flows.
*Keyword & competitive research:** deep Ahrefs/SEMRush work, SERP/intent analysis, content gaps, link prospects.
*Landing/bridge pages:** build fast pages in Lovable/Bolt/Genspark; connect analytics, pixels, events.
*Paid traffic:** launch and scale on TikTok Ads, YouTube/Google Ads, Meta/FB, and native ad networks.
*Creative production:** script and edit UGC and short-form video (CapCut or Premiere), export ad variants, thumbnails, and native units.
*Analytics & optimization:- KPI targets (CPL, CVR, CTR, ROAS).
Must-Have Experience
*5+ years** building and scaling **sales funnels and paid ads** end to end.
*Ahrefs power user** (Site Audit, Keywords Explorer, Content Gap, Competing Domains).
* Proven portfolio of **landing/bridge pages** with measurable performance.
* Hands-on with **TikTok Ads** and **YouTube/Google Ads**; comfortable with Meta and **native** (RevContent/Taboola/Outbrain).
*Video editing:** CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere.
* Strong English (C1+), direct-response copy instincts, and clean page builds.
* GA4, GTM, pixels, UTM discipline, and basic spreadsheets for reporting.
* Reliable setup (fast internet, backup plan) and can overlap **at least 4 hours with US Eastern**.
Nice to Have
* Webflow, Framer, or high-level WordPress chops; speed optimization.
* Simple automations (Zapier/n8n),
* Experience in short-term lending or other compliance-heavy verticals.
KPIs You’ll Own
* CPL, CVR to lead and to qualified app, CTR, CPA, ROAS, landing page speed and conversion.
Compensation
Competitive and **based on skill** and portfolio, with performance bonuses tied to KPIs.
