Longform Video Editor / Creator

We are looking for a highly skilled video editor who specializes in longform video creation. You should be comfortable working with raw footage, applying clear direction, and producing polished videos ready for YouTube and other platforms.

Responsibilities:

Edit longform video content (10–30+ minutes) with a strong focus on storytelling and pacing.

Follow specific instructions and editing guidelines provided for each project.

Add graphics, captions, b-roll, and background music where needed.

Deliver high-quality, engaging videos on time.

Communicate clearly and be open to feedback and revisions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in longform video editing (please provide samples).

Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve).

Strong sense of timing, transitions, and visual flow.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Must follow detailed instructions accurately.

Preferred (but not required):

Experience editing YouTube content creation and great thumbnails

Familiarity with YouTube SEO, pacing, and viewer retention strategies.

Work Setup:

Remote position (full-time or part-time, depending on fit).
