ILX Travel is a luxury travel agency specializing in curating bespoke travel experiences for our clients. We take pride in offering personalized journeys to some of the world’s most exclusive destinations.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us engage our audience through high-quality, targeted email campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Create, design, and organize weekly newsletters that highlight specific vacations and destinations.
- Develop engaging content tailored to luxury travelers, aligned with ILX Travel’s brand voice.
- Work with our team to ensure campaigns are aligned with seasonal offers, featured destinations, and client interests.
- Manage the email marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze the performance of email campaigns (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure newsletters are mobile-friendly and optimized for deliverability.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in email marketing (newsletter creation, campaign management, or similar).
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging travel-related content.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
- Understanding of email design principles (templates, visuals, layout).
- Knowledge of luxury travel or tourism industry is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet weekly deadlines.

Work Setup
- Remote, part-time (15–20 hours per week).
- Flexible schedule, but newsletters must be delivered on time weekly.
- Would require attending meetings 3x a week
