Full Time Content Creator / Community Manager

We're looking for a passionate and creative content creator to join our team, grow our digital audience, and engage with our community of users.

About Us: Founded in 2012, we're a software development business based in Australia who help businesses automate their paperwork using WordPress and Gravity Forms.

Your duties will include:

1. Filming and editing short-form and long-form video content for social platforms
2. Staying up to date with current social media trends and applying them to our brands in a professional/fun way
3. Generating creative concepts and brand-aligned campaign ideas
4. Design engaging assets in Canva that match the brand identity
5. Create engaging blog/newsletter content and assist with posting
6. Manage the brands social media platforms
7. Engage with users through various channels

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a content creator, can film and edit engaging videos, stays current with social media trends + brings their own ideas to the table, and love talking with / engaging with our community.

The position is full-time 9am-5:30pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time. Your wage / salary is negotiable based on your experience.

Along with your salary, the selected candidate for the position will receive the following benefits:

- 13th Month Pay Bonus
- 12 Days Annual Leave, accrued monthly, to a maximum of 24 days
- 12 Days Sick Leave, accrued monthly, to a maximum of 24 days
- 15 Days Paid Leave for Philippine Holidays
- Guaranteed two days off weekly (Saturday and Sunday)
- Up to 1.5 hours of breaks per day for lunch and morning / afternoon tea
