JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing real estate team based in the United States, and we are looking for a skilled Leads Coordinator to join our backend operations team. This position starts as part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role as we expand.

Position Details:

Starting Pay: $3/hour (with opportunities for increased pay as the company grows)

Hours: Part-time to start, with potential to scale into full-time

Platform: Follow Up Boss (FUB) experience required

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize leads within Follow Up Boss

Add and update new leads (sign calls, incoming calls, online inquiries, etc.)

Move leads into proper stages/ponds and update information regularly

Ensure tasks, notes, and reminders are accurate and up to date

Conduct weekly cleanup of ponds, tasks, and duplicates

Generate simple reports/spreadsheets for lead source tracking and stage movement

Maintain database health so that no lead falls through the cracks

Qualifications:

Experience working with Follow Up Boss (required)

Strong organizational and data management skills

Detail-oriented and consistent in task execution

Ability to communicate clearly with the team in writing

Reliable internet connection and stable working environment
