Position: Tech Support & Client Success (Full
We’re a small and growing team building AI Sales Agent to help businesses work automate sales and scale revenue. We're looking for a reliable Tech & Client Success tea
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the technical onboarding experience
- Handle administrative setup and configuration across our tech stack, including GHL (HighLevel), HubSpot, Closebot, Synthflow and Vapi to ensure clients are onboarded efficiently and accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve build-phase issues, working closely with internal teams to debug agent behavior, fix configuration errors. and unblock launches.
- Run live testing and quality assurance
- You’ll lead pre-launch testing and ongoing QA across client accounts to maintain a high standard of AI agent performance.
- Support clients throughout the onboarding journey, keeping timelines tight and ensuring we meet KPIs for both speed and quality of delivery.
- Respond to support tickets and live inquiries, providing clear, thoughtful, and fast answers that resolve issues and keep client satisfaction high.
- Proactively monitor agent quality - Identify patterns, escalate bugs, and flag opportunities for improvement before clients notice.
- Maintain and evolve SOPs and documentation, ensuring internal processes are consistently followed, updated, and easy for the team to use and scale.

- Project Management & Collaboration Tools - Notion, Whimsical, Google Suite
- Product Configuration Interfaces - comfortable navigating no-code/low-code dashboards and setup portals
- Communication Platforms - Slack, Whatsapp, Zoom, Gmail
- Help Desk & Ticketing Systems - Intercom
- CRM Systems - Go High Level (GHL) and Hubspot
- AI/LLM Based Tools - ChatGPT, Claude, Closebot, Synthflow, Vapi and more
