We’re looking for a world-class, highly organized and flexible Executive Assistant to join our team and work directly for the founder. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable wearing many hats, and can manage executive-level administrative tasks.
We want someone who thrives under pressure, thinks outside the box and can problem solve. An assistant capable of wearing multiple hats: part executive assistant, part administrative wizard, part personal assistant.

You’ll be working directly with the founder, helping manage critical tasks, streamline operations, and keep everything running smoothly.
???? What You’ll Be Doing
Your role will touch nearly every corner of the business:
Manage weekly bookkeeping and organize financial records.
Assist with payroll and ensure things run on time.
Write, edit, and post job ads to grow our team.
Help screen, coordinate, and hire new talent.
Handle admin tasks, scheduling, and inbox management.
Research, document, and organize information as needed.
Personal assistant support to free up the founder’s time.
Leverage AI daily to maximize productivity, automate tasks, and expand what’s possible
???? Who We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a VA, admin assistant, or executive assistant.
Financial/admin skills — comfortable with numbers, payroll, and reports.
Organized & detail-oriented — you thrive on systems, checklists, and order
Great communicator — excellent written and spoken English.
Problem-solver — you figure things out without needing hand-holding.
Experience with Go High Level (GHL), Automation Platforms, QuickBooks etc.
Marketing experience is preferred but not crucial.
Tech-savvy — skilled with online tools, platforms, and apps.
AI-native mindset. You must already be very familiar with and utilizing the top AI tools ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and others as well as automation tools, or other AI in your daily work (this is non-negotiable).
