Locksmith Dispatch Supervisor ***Immediate start***

**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE LOCKSMITH INDUSTRY**

We are seeking an experienced Locksmith Dispatching Supervisor to oversee nationwide dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in locksmith services, dispatch coordination, and team leadership. This role will manage call intake, job assignment, and quality control to ensure rapid and accurate service delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily locksmith dispatch operations across all 50 states

Coordinate with independent locksmiths to ensure timely response and job completion

Oversee call center staff and dispatchers, providing training and performance feedback

Manage scheduling, routing, and job assignments to maximize efficiency

Maintain accurate records of calls, jobs, and completed work orders

Handle escalated customer issues and resolve service disputes

Ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations in applicable states

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in locksmith dispatching or related field

Strong understanding of locksmith services (residential, commercial, and automotive)

Prior supervisory or leadership experience

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Proficiency with dispatching software and call routing systems

Flexible schedule, including availability for emergency calls and after-hours support
