We are seeking a career-minded, full-time Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with property & casualty insurance experience in the US market who wants long-term stability, growth, and the chance to be part of a people-first agency.

? What You’ll Do

Support our team with back-end insurance servicing tasks (endorsements, cancellations, renewals, follow-ups, data entry).

Build and manage reports/spreadsheets to keep the business running smoothly.

Provide executive assistant support (organizing tasks, calendar support, follow-ups).

Communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and spoken).

Use Zoom (with camera on), phones, and other technology confidently.

Assist with client-facing phone calls

? What We’re Looking For

Required: Experience in US-based property & casualty insurance (minimum 1 year, more preferred).

Required: Previous Virtual Assistant experience, ideally in an insurance or professional services setting.

Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).

Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and reporting.

Tech-savvy, quick to learn new systems

Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working full-time from home.

Available to work US business hours (PST) or full graveyard shift in the Philippines - Some flexibility on hours available but need to overlap US hours for meetings and team communications
