YouTube Video Editor (Faceless Long-Form, Shorts, AI Tools) – Space & Conspiracy Channel

We are building a YouTube channel focused on space exploration, aliens, and conspiracy topics and are looking for skilled video editors to join our long-term team.

You will be responsible for editing faceless long-form videos (8–15 minutes) and shorts/reels (30–60 seconds). Our workflow involves using AI voiceovers (ElevenLabs) and transcripts pulled from existing videos and scripts, so you should be comfortable working with automation tools and creative editing styles.

Responsibilities:

Edit 8–15 minute faceless videos with stock footage, animations, graphics, and b-roll.

Produce engaging YouTube shorts and reels (30–60 seconds).

Integrate AI voiceovers using ElevenLabs or similar tools.

Pull transcripts from YouTube or AI tools to help generate scripts.

Add captions, subtitles, and background music for audience retention.

Research copyright-free footage, imagery, and sound.

Work with the content manager (me) on thumbnails, titles, and pacing styles.

Deliver finished videos on schedule (multiple per week).

Requirements:

Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut).

Experience editing faceless YouTube videos (please share samples/portfolio).

Familiarity with AI tools like ElevenLabs for voiceovers and ChatGPT/other transcript tools.

Strong sense of pacing, suspense, and storytelling for documentary-style content.

Ability to edit engaging shorts optimized for TikTok/YouTube Reels.

Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines.

Interest in space, UFOs, conspiracies, or science-related topics is a huge plus.

Preferred Skills (not required but helpful):

Graphic design for thumbnails.

Basic knowledge of YouTube SEO and best practices.

Motion graphics/After Effects.
