I’ve grown my women empowerment brand to over 70,000 followers completely on my own. Now I’m looking for a creative, reliable, and experienced Social Media Manager to join me and help take things to the next level.

This is not just a task-based job. I’m looking for someone who truly wants to grow with me, brings new ideas, understands what makes content go viral, and can match the vibe of a female-focused lifestyle brand.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Promote my eBook & Co-create new digital products (eBooks, guides, etc.)
- Research, plan & schedule content for Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest
- Edit basic short-form video content (Reels, TikToks)
- Write engaging captions that speak to women
- Repurpose high-performing posts across Reels, Stories & Carousels
- Respond to DMs & engage with the community
- Reach out to brands for collaborations & shoutouts
- Track performance using simple AI tools & reports
- Stay up to date with trends, sounds & viral formats

You’re a Great Fit If You:

? Have real experience in content creation or social media management
? Already run your own Instagram, TikTok or Pinterest - or at least have worked with it
? Have strong English writing skills (captions, hooks, call-to-actions)
? Are passionate about women's lifestyle, empowerment & personal growth
? Know how to spot trends early and use them creatively
? Are reliable, proactive, organized & detail-oriented
? Want a long-term role where your creativity is valued
