Job Title: Remote Estate Planning Drafter

Location: Remote (Overseas)
Schedule: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Compensation: $10 – $15 per hour (based on experience)

Rosenblum Law is a multi-practice law firm with a strong focus on estate planning. We are seeking a skilled Estate Planning Drafter to join our growing team remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting estate planning documents for U.S.-based clients and will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities:
Draft estate planning documents (trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, etc.) using WealthCounsel software.
Review and customize template documents based on client-specific details.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with U.S. estate planning standards.
Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to finalize documents.
Communicate effectively with the internal team to clarify case details and resolve drafting questions.

Requirements:
2–3 years of estate planning drafting experience at a U.S.-based law firm (required).
Proficiency in using WealthCounsel software (required).
Strong understanding of U.S. estate planning concepts, terminology, and document structures.
Excellent written English skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time consistently.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly rate: $10 – $15 per hour (depending on experience).
