JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a skilled video editor with UGC and DTC ecommerce ad experience to support our fast-growing dropshipping brand in the baby footwear niche, targeting parents in the German-speaking market.

You’ll be editing high-converting ad creatives using a mix of provided raw content (UGC, testimonials, voiceovers) and occasionally sourcing supporting visuals (stock clips, sound effects, transitions) to complete the edit. We provide clear direction, scripts, and proven frameworks – but we expect you to contribute creatively and take ownership of your edits.

Responsibilities
-- Edit short-form UGC-style video ads (15–60 seconds) for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok
-- Create multiple formats – 1:1, 4:5, 9:16
-- Add captions, music, transitions, sound effects, and CTAs
-- Occasionally source stock clips or supplemental assets if needed
-- Apply high-performing ad structures – hook, problem, solution, CTA
-- Iterate on winning creatives based on feedback and performance

Requirements
-- Experience editing UGC and DTC ecommerce ads – must include portfolio
-- Solid understanding of direct-response ad structures and social media trends
-- Ability to follow creative direction and meet deadlines
-- Basic understanding of the German/European market – language not required
-- Strong communication and attention to detail
-- Must have Adobe Premiere pro

Position Details
-- Rate – $7/hour
-- Weekly Hours – 16 hours/week
-- Type – Part-time for time being, but full-time potential, long-term

How to Apply
-- Link to your portfolio – must include UGC/ecommerce examples
-- Short note about your relevant experience
-- Confirmation that you’re available for 16 hours/week at $7/hour
-- Include the word “strawberry” in the title of your application – we will ignore submissions without it
