We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential leads through
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospects via
Clearly explain who we are, what we do, and the value we provide.
Qualify potential leads based on interest and readiness to learn more.
Schedule discovery calls directly through our calendar system.
Follow up with leads who express interest but have not yet scheduled a call.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and scheduled appointments.
Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to ensure messaging consistency and lead quality.
Requirements
Excellent written English communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
Comfortable initiating conversations and handling objections professionally.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple conversations at once while keeping track of follow-ups.
Familiarity with
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Preferred (Not Required)
Prior experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales support.
Knowledge of CRM systems or sales tools.
Interest in our industry and willingness to learn about our services.
