JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
---------- is a family-owned dealership in Spring, TX. During business hours (9am–8pm CST), our sales team handles leads directly. But outside those hours, new leads often sit unanswered — and speed-to-contact is critical in auto sales.

We’re looking for an After-Hours Lead Manager to cover the 9pm–9am CST shift (10am–10pm PHT). Your main responsibility will be responding to new leads via text and email only, ensuring they are engaged promptly and nurtured toward setting an appointment.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to all new leads after hours using text and email.
• Send consistent follow-ups until contact is made or the lead is qualified.
• Escalate “hot” leads (ready to buy or visit) to the on-call manager.
• Keep detailed notes and update lead status in our CRM (HighLevel).
• Report activity at the end of your shift.

Requirements:
• Must be available for the 9pm–9am CST (10am–10pm PHT) window.
• Excellent written English — clear, friendly, and professional tone.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in follow-ups.
• Prior experience in lead management, customer support, or appointment setting.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
