About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Medical Billing Specialist to join our team. This is a crucial role for our remote operations, and we need someone who can work independently and efficiently from home. You will be responsible for ensuring our billing and claims processes run smoothly and accurately.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage the full medical billing cycle, from claim submission to payment posting.
Perform accounts receivable follow-up and collections.
Resolve claim denials and rejections by working directly with insurance companies.
Verify patient eligibility and insurance benefits.
Review and apply correct CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes to claims.
Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends and improve revenue.

What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience as a Medical Biller, specifically in the US healthcare system.
A solid understanding of medical terminology and coding.
Proficiency with medical billing software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
