Job Description / Responsibilities

Contact property owners (inbound & outbound leads)

Build rapport and qualify prospects

Collect property details and update CRM

Negotiate purchase offers with sellers

Coordinate with the acquisitions team for deal analysis

Qualifications / Requirements

Fluent English (spoken & written)

Strong communication skills (phone & chat)

Sales or customer service experience preferred

Self-motivated and results-driven

Basic computer skills (CRM, Google Sheets, etc.)

Real estate knowledge

Compensation
Base + Commission (to be discussed in interview)
