Social Media & Customer Support Virtual Assistant (Etsy E-Commerce Brand)

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a growing online shop that sells digital products, handmade gifts, and career tools. We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant who can help grow our Facebook presence (training videos provided), make Instagram posts & reels, answer customer questions on Facebook and Instagram, and later help with Etsy customer service and product mockups.

You will start by working directly with the shop owner. This is a long-term role with the chance to grow your hours as the shop grows.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Help grow our Facebook presence (training provided). This includes joining groups, commenting, and posting helpful content.
• Create Instagram content (posts, stories, reels) in Canva that matches our brand style.
• Reply to customer messages on Facebook and Instagram in a friendly, professional way.
• (Future) Assist with Etsy customer service: replying to order questions, updating customers on order status, and keeping them informed.
• (Future) Help make product mockups and listing images using Canva or Photoshop.

REQUIREMENTS
• Strong written English and attention to detail.
• Experience with Canva design tools and a good eye for clean, on-trend visuals.
• We will provide access to Canva Pro through our team account so you can work directly with our brand kit, templates, and shared assets.
• Familiarity with Facebook group engagement, social media growth strategies, and customer service.
• Organized, proactive, and efficient—must be able to work independently.
• Reliable communication—primary channel will be WhatsApp.

HOURS AND PAY
• Starting at 20 hours per week, with potential to scale to full-time (40 hours per week).
• Initial starting rate: $5 USD/hour. After 30–60 days, this increases to $6 USD/hour based on performance, attention to detail, and consistency.
• Profit-sharing bonuses available after probationary period for high performance and shop growth contributions.
