We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing short-term rental business. You’ll start by handling guest communications and gradually take on more responsibilities as we expand. Our properties are listed on platforms such as Airbnb,
Key Responsibilities (initial focus):
Handle all guest communications promptly and professionally — from inquiries to post-stay reviews.
Manage and update property listings across platforms.
Use Eviivo to keep calendars accurate and avoid double bookings.
Coordinate with cleaners and ensure properties are guest-ready at all times.
As the role grows, you may also:
Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements.
Assist with pricing optimisation and occupancy strategies.
Support with basic marketing tasks to boost bookings.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in short-term rental or hospitality management.
Familiarity with Airbnb,
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and spoken English with a professional, friendly tone.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of pricing optimisation.
Basic social media/online marketing.
Familiarity with guest experience tools (e.g., digital guidebooks, automated messaging).
